Process & Quality

From sample to shipment —
this is how we work.

Every order starts in our sample and collection unit in Güneşli. Patterns are developed from your tech pack or reference garment and the first sample is submitted for your approval; once approved, the fabric is dyed and printed at our Çorlu plant. Because this vertical structure keeps every critical stage under one roof — from fabric sourcing to sewing — it reduces both lead-time and quality risk.

Quality control is not a single final step but the process itself: grammage and colour-fastness checks at fabric intake, yardage and waste tracking at cutting, inline checks on the sewing lines and a final pre-shipment inspection to AQL standards. For customers who request it, we are open to third-party inspections by independent surveyors such as SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek.

Standard production lead time is 45-90 days depending on volume and product complexity; shipments to EU customers travel under the Customs Union with an A.TR certificate. Samples, lookbooks and certification documents (GOTS, SEDEX, BCI) are shared on request.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently asked questions about our manufacturing

Which apparel categories do you manufacture?

We manufacture children's wear (ages 0–14), baby wear (0–24 months) and women's wear (loungewear, pyjamas, homewear). Women's production runs under the Zeyland Homewear brand.

Where are your production facilities?

We operate two facilities: an 8,000 m² garment factory in Güneşli, Istanbul and a fabric dyeing and printing plant in Çorlu. The entire process from fabric to packing is handled in-house.

What is your monthly production capacity?

89,000 garments per month. The Çorlu plant adds 350 tonnes/month of fabric dyeing and 2,000 metres/day of digital roll printing capacity.

Which certifications do you hold?

GOTS (licence GOTS-18347, valid until 14.02.2027), SEDEX/SMETA (Bureau Veritas audit, ref ZAA600185799), BCI and OCS. We hold no certifications beyond these four.

What is the difference between private label and white label?

Private label (OEM) means we manufacture your own design — pattern, fabric and styling are exclusive to you. White label (ODM) means you sell our ready seasonal collection under your own brand label. We offer both models.

What are the advantages of manufacturing in Turkey?

0% customs duty into the EU under the Customs Union, short shipping times to Europe, and a local cotton and fabric supply chain. Road freight from Istanbul to Europe is markedly shorter than sea freight from the Far East.
