1970 — Present
Our Journey
Our Harbiye Store Opened
The foundations of Zeynep Giyim were laid in Harbiye, Istanbul.
Production Began
The manufacturing process started with children's denim trousers production.
School Uniforms
Production of uniforms for Istanbul's prestigious schools began.
New Building
Relocated to a new building in Harbiye to expand capacity.
Güneşli Factory Established
Capacity expanded through exports to companies such as Otto, 3 Suisse, Karstad, Babywalz, Bonprix, and C&A.
Embroidery Production Unit
Embroidery operations were brought in-house.
International Collections
Own collections began selling through Zwerge (Braunschweig) in Germany and Lyka Bear (New York) in the USA.
Technology Investment
Gerber automated pattern grading and marker-making computer systems were installed.
Printing Facility Established
A rotary yardage printing facility with a daily capacity of 8,000 meters was established.
First Awards
Received the İTKİB Honour Certificate and Istanbul Chamber of Industry Commendation.
Çorlu Dyeing Factory
A new facility was established in Çorlu for fabric dyeing operations and contract dyeing services.
Zeyland Brand Registered
The Zeyland brand was launched for the retail channel.
Oeko-Tex Certification & Major Capacity Increase
Printing capacity was increased to 20,000 meters per day. The first OEKO-TEX certificate documenting human- and nature-friendly production was obtained.
Retail Expansion
Stores began opening across various provinces of Turkey under the Zeyland brand.
Energy Efficiency
A waste heat recovery system with a daily capacity of 120 tons of water was installed at the Çorlu facility.
Organic Production
Organic baby and children's apparel production commenced.
Cogeneration Facility
On-site electricity generation began at the Çorlu factory to reduce energy costs and offer competitive pricing.
GOTS Certification & Mininio
GOTS Organic Certification was obtained. The Mininio baby apparel brand was registered.
Digital Printing Unit
A digital yardage printing machine with a daily capacity of 800 meters for 100% cotton fabric was commissioned.
İHKİB Achievement Certificate
An achievement certificate was received from the Istanbul Ready-to-Wear and Apparel Exporters' Association.
Digital T-Shirt Printing
A digital T-shirt printing unit was installed at Istanbul facilities. The sample collection department was expanded.
SEDEX Certification
International exports were developed by reaching multinational companies through SEDEX certification.
Second Digital Printing Machine
With the investment in a second digital printing machine, yardage printing capacity for 100% cotton fabric was increased to 2,000 meters per day.
UK Mininio Representative Office
The UK representative office for the Mininio brand was opened.
Zeyland Homewear Women's Apparel
Our Zeyland Homewear brand was established in the women's apparel segment and wholesale sales commenced.
Ukraine Dealership
Our Ukraine dealership was opened.
Merter Wholesale Showroom
A wholesale showroom was opened in the Merter textile district in central Istanbul.
